The Absecon Lighthouse is New Jersey’s tallest lighthouse, first lit in 1857. It is a beautiful venue for weddings, both small and large. With our charming Keeper’s Cottage, fantastic Watch Room at the top, or our expansive two-acre lawn, you and your partner are sure to find the perfect, memorable setting for your wedding right here in Atlantic City. All packages include a climb to the top of the lighthouse. The following is a tiered pricing structure…picture a wedding cake as you read:
Tier 1
The special couple stands on top of the cake. This is our basic ceremony package that includes a one-hour rental of historic Absecon Lighthouse, wedding officiate services including personalized ceremony, use of the site for wedding preparation including private restroom, and time for a champagne toast* with up to twelve of your family & friends. Price: $400.00. You may bring flowers to decorate the ceremony area. This event can be held indoors or outdoors.
Tier 2
A bit bigger piece of cake to serve more friends! This is the basic ceremony and includes all of the elements of the first tier with the following accommodations: use of the site for two hours with up to 30 guests. This extra time will allow for both a champagne toast and wedding cake reception*. Price: $700.00. This event can be held indoors or outdoors. Up to 45 guests, $850.00. Up to 60 guests, $1,000.00
Tier 3
Wow, we’ve got lots of cake to serve! For couples wishing to have a larger wedding, our two-acre lawn is pristinely manicured and can accommodate a tent holding up to 150 of your guests. The couple can plan a four hour wedding event including wedding officiate services, a DJ for dancing, food and beverage coordinated with a caterer (including the option of an open pit barbeque), and use of the public restroom facilities. The price varies according to the number of people and specifics of the event; call for more information.
